Urban Jungle A view of Tokyo from the Metropolitan Towers in the Shinjuku District of Tokyo. Someone explained to us that the reason there are no skyscrapers in most of Tokyo is becasue of the frequent earthquakes. The only place where you can find towering buildings (such as the one this photo was taken from) is in Shinjuku which rests on a small area not prone to land movement. Comments(1)
Woah! Look who posted out of the blue. Great shot...even though I was there in person, now looking at this picture I cannot believe how congested this place is. We walked through this!!!??
